This button opens up the statistics screen:

This screen shows a variety of different statistics for the system. Some are reset on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and some are maintained historically day after day. As new statistics are often added over time, this document will define those statistics available as of today’s date:

TOTALCALLS – Number of calls the system has received from day one – NOT RESET

TODAYSDATE – Today’s date – this can be used to indicate as of which date the statistics are accurate.

TOTALCALLSTODAY – Calls today. Completed logging in or signing up.

MALECALLSTODAY – Calls today from male callers.

FEMALECALLSTODAY – Calls today from female callers.

SIGNUPSTODAY – Number of new accounts created today by callers.

TOTALCONNECTTODAY – Number of calls today that “connected” to the system but not necessarily logged in or signed up.

TOTALACCOUNTS – Number of subscriber accounts.

CREDITSAVL – Total credits available by all accounts combined.

AVGCREDITS – Average number of credits held by all accounts.

DELACCOUNTS – Number of accounts deleted (purged) during the last system initialization.

TOTALMINSMALE – Number of minutes used by male callers – NOT RESET.

TOTALMINSFEMALE – Number of minutes used by female callers – NOT RESET.

TOTALMINSMALETODAY – Number of minutes used by male callers today.

TOTALMINSFEMALETODAY – Number of minutes used by female callers today.

LASTWEEKTOTALMALE – Number of minutes used by male callers last week.

LASTWEEKTOTALFEMALE – Number of minutes used by female callers last week.

WEEKLYTOTALMALE – Number of minutes used by male callers this week.

WEEKLYTOTALFEMALE – Number of minutes used by female callers this week.

YESTERDAYTOTALMALE – Number of minutes used by male callers yesterday.

YESTERDAYTOTALFEMALE – Number of minutes used by female callers yesterday.

LASTMONTHTOTALMINS – Number of minutes used by males and females last month.

THISMONTHTOTALMINS – Number of minutes used by males and females this month.

NEWSYSTEM – Used to indicate if system is new (unconfigured) or not. It does not have statistical significance.

EC – Number of errors that occurred online in call sessions today.

The  button can be used to make sure the most up-to-date statistics are being shown.
