This button opens up the Ads screen:

When personal ads are recorded by users in the system, they will appear in this screen immediately. Any ads requiring approval will appear at the top of the list of ads and will indicate "NO" for approved. This will be your indicator you need to call your system and approve ads. Note: Upon logging into the Sysop account, you will also be notified if there are any ads needing approval. The fields in the display are:

• Message: ad number
• Category: category ad was recorded in
• Sub ID: user subscriber account #
• Approved: approved or not
• Change: a button will appear here to change the status of an ad from approved to unapproved. Pressing the button when it says “Approve” will approve the ad. Pressing the button when it says “Deny” will unapprove the ad.
• Play/Stop: for computers compatible with the sound drivers used in SoftTouch, ads can be played right from the console. Our testing has shown not all computers work.
• Date/Time: date and time the ad was created

The  button can be used to update the list of ads. They should update themselves automatically without the need of the button.
